Exchange Policy
At Lidos, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Exchanges are only accepted for the same product or another product of equal value.
- Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for exchange.

Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Eligibility for Return & Refund:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
